Pamore Candles Ltd operates as a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. We sell handmade, made-to-order candles to customers aged 18 and over within the UK.

2. Products

All of our candles are handmade to order. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight variations in colour, size, and shape may occur. These differences are part of what makes each candle unique and do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

3. Delivery

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are typically delivered within 3–7 working days. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched. If your item is lost or delayed, we will raise a case with Royal Mail. To help speed up the process, you may also raise a case directly with Royal Mail.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a full refund, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return postage is your responsibility and we recommend using a tracked and insured courier. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us of any issues within 7 days. After that, the goods will be considered accepted.
