At Pamore Candles, we take care to ensure your handmade candles arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Dispatch Times

All candles are handmade to order. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 7 working days from the date of purchase. Please note this processing time is in addition to delivery timeframes.

Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries within the UK. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Areas

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your total before payment. These fees are based on the weight of your order and delivery location within the UK.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s progress.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch. We will raise a claim with Royal Mail. To help speed up the process, we ask that you also raise a claim directly with Royal Mail if possible.

● Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

● During busy periods (e.g. holidays), shipping may take longer than expected.

● We are not liable for any delays caused by Royal Mail once the parcel has been dispatched.
